Jumeirah Beach
Of all the Dubai beaches, tourists find the Jumeirah Beach to be the most appealing and attractive one. This beach is highly preferred due to its proximity to the Dubai city center. It is also famous for harboring the world’s only 7-star hotel Burj Al Arab, which has been the iconic architecture of the city. The beach is quite long with soft white sand that is safe for swimming (even for children), as the sea water level is not too deep. In the beach, you will also find expert lifesavers, who are on duty for 24 hours. Lots of hotel accommodations and private clubs are placed by the sea beach. Some parts of the long stretched beach have been occupied by many private clubs and 5-star hotels. In between, you will find public beaches like Jumeirah Beach Park, the Russian Beach etc. You may also enjoy a leisure drive on the Jumeirah Road, which is running alongside the beach.
Al Mamzar Park
The Al Mamzar Park is a recreational area, which leads to the Mamzar beach at one side. This park is actually located in the opposite direction of Jumeirah Beach. Being located in Deira, It is also very near to Dubai city center. The Mamzar beach is one of the most wonderful Dubai beaches with lots of activities. Since, it is placed inside the park, you need to buy entry tickets to come here through the park. The beautiful white sands and the Palm groves make the beach more attractive. The beach has specific barbeque sites and dedicated picnic areas for families. You can enjoy the exciting experience of different type of water sports, such as deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, paragliding, windsurfing and any other interesting activities. As the sea here does not have large waves, you can enjoy the swimming also.
Jebel Ali Beach
Jebel Ali is another beautiful beach, which is about 30 minutes drive from the Dubai city center. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the daily life, you should visit this beach. Probably, this beach is the least crowded among the popular Dubai beaches. The white sand beach beside the azure blue Arabian Gulf, presents a magnificent landscape. The beach is almost 15 kilometer long and yet to be developed to become fully functional. However, you will find shelters and barbeque sites along the beach. Jebel Ali has the world’s largest man-made harbor and biggest port of Middle East. This place is also famous for its duty free trade zone. Exquisite holiday resorts and hotels are there for your accommodation.
